      Finding your next role can be pretty overwhelming. But choosing a career that aligns with your values starts with deep reflection and intentional action;

      • Define your mission & purpose: What kind of change do you want to create in the world?

      • Know your values: What causes or principles matter most to you?

      • Identify your strengths: What are you uniquely skilled at, and how can you use those skills to make a difference?

      🚀 Take Strategic Action

      • Experiment: Try volunteering, freelancing or joining a short-term project in your area of interest.

      • Network with intent: Reach out to professionals whose work inspires you. Ask thoughtful questions about their path.

      • Curate your online presence: Update your LinkedIn and CV to reflect your mission, not just your experience.

      🎯 Research Aligned Opportunities

      Seek out companies and roles that:

      • Prioritise the things that matter to you, such as ESG, circular economy and social impact

      • Have missions or cultures that align with your values

      • Embrace innovation, flexibility and inclusion

      💡As you go through your ToU learning journey, continually reflect on what brought you here, and the mission you curated for yourself. Does your mission still hold true? What has changed or pivoted in the way you define your purpose? Intentionally create space to reflect on and update this, perhaps as something you do with your peers in your Mission Group.

      1. Head to https://app.thecareeros.com/
      2. Click sign up
      3. Choose Tomorrow University
      4. For "Intake" - select either "Masters" or "Bachelors" depending on your program of study
      5. Once you're in, start adding companies you are interested in to your board
