Planning to graduate soon? Whether you’re aiming to cross the stage virtually in October or in person in Berlin this December, here’s everything you need to know to be ceremony-ready.
⚠️ Important: The deadlines below are specifically for ceremony participation. They may be different from the academic deadlines shared by your Program Director. Following these ensures you're included in the celebration. The timelines below do not include learners studying MSc SET.

To be eligible for the virtual graduation ceremony, you will need to meet the following deadlines;

| 🎙️ Complete your thesis defence | 6 August |
| 🧑🏫 Assessment Commission meets | 25 August |
| 🧾 Final grade awarded | 29 August |
| 📢 Confirm virtual ceremony attendance | 12 September |
| ⚖️ Appeal deadline | 12 September |
| 💳 Complete any outstanding payments | 15 September |
| 🎉 Graduation Ceremony (Online) | 1 October |

If you're planning to attend your graduation ceremony in Berlin, here are the deadlines to keep in mind:

🙋 Can’t Attend?
No worries — attendance is optional. You’ll still receive your official diploma digitally once you’ve completed all graduation requirements.
That said, we’d love to celebrate with you! Whether online or in Berlin, the ceremony is a special moment to recognise your hard work and achievements.
