This Pathway often resonates with learners exploring roles such as:

  • Team leader or people manager
  • Coach or facilitator
  • Organisational development professional
  • People, culture or leadership development roles

This Pathway supports both emerging and experienced leaders across sectors. You don’t need to hold a formal leadership role or be a trained coach, just a willingness to reflect, listen and grow alongside others.

A dedicated Slack space to ask questions, share resources, exchange best practices and learn from peers working on sustainability across different contexts.

🤝 Monthly Circle [Not yet active]

Learner-led space for reflection, dialogue and shared practice, exploring challenges, insights and real-world application.

🎤 Signature expert-led virtual events

Curated sessions with practitioners, coaches and leaders exploring leadership, coaching and human-centred change in practice.

🌍 Immersion Takeover

Our Leadership & Coaching Immersion will take place virtually from 8–28 June, with our in-person gathering in Berlin from 23–27 June. Our Careers and Skills for Leading your Mission theme will include a dedicated careers focus, supporting you to connect leadership development with professional direction and impact.

3️⃣ Sign up for the Berlin Immersion to deepen learning, connection and career reflection in person

4️⃣ Consider becoming our Pathway Circle Lead and creating meaningful monthly moments of connection for your peers

You don’t need to keep up with everything, one meaningful moment is enough.
