Explore how change happens inside organisations, and how individuals can lead innovation, transformation and systems change from within.

 

🌱 Who this Pathway is for

This Pathway often resonates with learners exploring roles such as:

    • Innovation or Transformation Manager
    • Strategy or Management Consultant
    • Intrapreneur or internal venture lead
    • Organisational change, systems or transformation roles

    These examples reflect common directions, not fixed career outcomes. You don’t need to be an “innovation lead” or senior leader, just interested in how meaningful change is designed, led and sustained from the inside.

    A dedicated Slack space to ask questions, share resources, exchange best practices and learn from peers working on sustainability across different contexts.

    🤝 Monthly Circle [Not yet active]

    Learner-led space for reflection, dialogue and shared practice, exploring challenges, insights and real-world application.

    🎤 Signature expert-led virtual events

    Curated sessions with practitioners and leaders working on innovation, transformation and change across sectors.

    🌍 Immersion Takeover

    Our Q4 Immersion will focus on Innovation & Transformation, with virtual programming from 16 November – 2 December and an in-person gathering in Munich from 26–28 November. The Immersion will explore Leading Innovation from Within, from idea to impact.

    4️⃣ Consider becoming our Pathway Community of Practice Lead and creating meaningful monthly moments of connection for your peers

    You don’t need to keep up with everything, one meaningful moment is enough.
