This Pathway often resonates with learners exploring roles such as:

• Founder or Co-founder
• Startup or scale-up operator
• Venture builder or innovation lead
• Independent, freelance or portfolio career paths

Learners join this Pathway at different stages, from early exploration to active venture building. You don’t need to have a fully formed idea or business, just a willingness to explore, test and learn in community.

A dedicated Slack space to ask questions, share resources, exchange best practices and learn from peers working on sustainability across different contexts.

🤝 Monthly Circle [Not yet active]

Learner-led space for reflection, dialogue and shared practice, exploring challenges, insights and real-world application.

🎤 Signature expert-led virtual events

Curated sessions with founders, entrepreneurs and practitioners sharing real-world insights and lessons learned.

🌍 Immersion Takeover

Our Q4 Immersion will focus on Entreprenurship, with virtual programming from 16 November – 2 December and an in-person gathering in Munich from 26–28 November. The Immersion will explore Leading Innovation from Within, from idea to impact.

🧭 Mentoring & Careers support

Access to mentors and careers support aligned with entrepreneurial, venture-building and portfolio career paths.

3️⃣ Sign up for the Munich Immersion to work on ideas, connect with peers and learn from founders in person

4️⃣ Consider becoming our Pathway Circle Lead and creating meaningful monthly moments of connection for your peers

You don’t need to keep up with everything, one meaningful moment is enough.
