Before your studies officially begin, you may have questions about onboarding, access to our platforms, important documents, payments, and what to expect next. This guide answers the most frequently asked questions to help you prepare for a smooth and successful start to your studies.
📅 Before Your Studies Begin

When will I receive my onboarding email?
You will receive your onboarding email approximately 4 weeks before your official study start date. It contains everything you need to begin your studies.

When will I receive access to Cosmos, Slack, and other platforms?
You will receive access to all learning platforms and communication tools together with your onboarding email, approximately 4 weeks before your study start.

I have already completed my enrollment and made my payment. What happens next?
Great! Once everything has been finalized, there is nothing else you need to do for now.
Your onboarding information will be sent approximately 4 weeks before your study start. In the meantime, you're welcome to participate in community events.

I have signed up for a later intake. Can I already start studying?
If available, you may be able to access and complete the Mission Identification Trial Challenge before your official study start. Availability may vary depending on the intake. You can find the latest information here.
All other study content becomes available once your onboarding begins.
📄 Documents & Enrollment

When will I receive my admission letter and enrollment certificate?
Your admission letter is automatically sent a few days after we receive your first tuition payment. If you cannot find it, please also check your spam or junk folder.
The availability of your enrollment certificate depends on your admission status and whether all enrollment requirements have been completed. Once your studies begin, your enrollment certificate will be available for download directly from the Learning Platform.

When will I receive my student ID card?
Your digital student ID card will be sent to you within two weeks after your official study start date.
You will receive an email from our partner ISIC with instructions on how to set up and access your digital student ID. You can find more information here.

Can I participate in events before my studies begin?
Yes! We encourage you to join community events before your studies officially begin. You can find upcoming events here.

Where can I find more information about immersions?
Immersions are our in-person community meet-ups, held four times a year in different locations. They offer a unique opportunity to connect with fellow learners, faculty, and the broader Tomorrow University community.

💳 Payments

When will I receive my next invoice?
Invoices are sent automatically according to your selected payment plan.
You do not need to remember the payment dates yourself - Stripe will automatically send your invoice on the scheduled dates.
