📍WU Account Data sheet / Account datenblatt:
You received a username (h+Student ID) and an account password from Theresa Neuwirth <theresa.neuwirth@wu.ac.at>. The login data enables you to use various online services, for example, our eLearning platform, or to access your Student Mail.
Due to security reasons, please change your account password on the WU Control panel application
🕹️ In the WU Control Panel
Through your account data you can create a profile for WU Executive Academy (Anmelden - WU Controlpanel).
Once you have set it up, you will be able to automatically generate up-to-date study confirmations as well as download your current transcript of records. Please note that you may not be able to download your study confirmation immediately.
Here, you can access your:
- WU email address
- WU matriculation number
- Current status of study (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung)
- Transcripts
- Download installation files for the VPN connection to access electronic library resources and virtual PC rooms

🗂️ WU Moodle e-learning platform
Your Account data also provides you with an access to the learning platform Moodle (How to Log-In).
Moodle is widely used in many WU Executive Academy academic programs but will not be a prime learning platform throughout your studies.
Still, please store your data safely as you will be requested to upload your master thesis via Moodle at the end of your learning journey. As you enter Moodle, please click on the WU Account Login button and you will be referred to our central login page where you can sign in with your initial details.
- Please note that since you will need Moodle at the end of our studies, you might not have access to the platform right away.
How to log into the WU Moodle platform
💌 Forwarding e-mails
Please set up your WU account and set an automatic forwarding to your main email address.
Due to data protection, WU staff are allowed from now on to send emails only to your WU-student email address. This is very important for our information flow.
