You received a username (**h+Student ID**) and an account password from Theresa Neuwirth \<[theresa.neuwirth@wu.ac.at](mailto:theresa.neuwirth@wu.ac.at)\>. The login data enables you to use various online services, for example, our [eLearning platform](https://elearning.executiveacademy.at/), or to access your [Student Mail](https://webapp.wu.ac.at/).

Due to security reasons, please change your account password on the [WU Control panel application](https://controlpanel.wu.ac.at/en/login)

Through your account data you can create a profile for **WU Executive Academy ([Anmelden - WU Controlpanel](https://controlpanel.wu.ac.at/de/login))**.

Once you have set it up, you will be able to automatically generate up-to-date **study confirmations** as well as download your current **transcript of records.** Please note that you may not be able to download your study confirmation immediately.

Here, you can access your:

- WU email address
- WU matriculation number
- Current status of study (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung)
- Transcripts
- Download installation files for the [VPN connection](https://www.wu.ac.at/it/services/network/vpn/) to access [electronic library resources](https://www.wu.ac.at/bibliothek/recherche/zugang-zu-online-ressourcen/) and [virtual PC rooms](https://www.wu.ac.at/studierende/tools-services/tools-fuer-online-lehrveranstaltungen/)

#### 🗂️ [WU Moodle e-learning platform](https://elearning.executiveacademy.at/login/index.php)

Your Account data also provides you with an access to the learning platform **Moodle ([How to Log-In](https://support.executiveacademy.at/moodle-how-to-login/)**).

Moodle is widely used in many WU Executive Academy academic programs but will **not** be a prime learning platform throughout your studies.

Still, please store your data safely as you will be requested to upload your **master thesis via Moodle at the end of your learning journey**. As you enter Moodle, please click on the [**WU Account Login**](https://elearning.executiveacademy.at/login/index.php) button and you will be referred to our central login page where you can sign in with your initial details.

- Please note that since you will need Moodle at the end of our studies, you might not have access to the platform right away.

#### 💌 Forwarding e-mails

Please set up your WU account and set an **automatic forwarding** to your main email address.

Due to data protection, WU staff are allowed from now on to send emails only to your WU-student email address. This is very important for our information flow.

#### 📚 How to access the WU digital library:

1. Establish VPN Access

2. Access the Database
