Bring Someone With You: The ToU Referral Programme

Why this exists

Tomorrow University grows when the right people find it. Not through advertising, but through the people who've already changed something in themselves and want to bring others along.

If you're reading this, you're one of those people.

The referral programme isn't a marketing scheme. It's a structured way for you to do something you probably already want to do, introduce someone you believe in to an experience that has genuinely meant something to you.

The two things you can do

1. Share your referral link

Your personal referral link is available throughout your journey. When someone clicks it, they land on a personalised page that introduces them to Tomorrow University and gives them two ways in.

If they're not sure whether ToU is for them, they can attend an Open Day, or claim a free Mission Identification spot and experience it for themselves before committing to anything (see how they can do this below). If they already know they want to apply for a degree programme, they can go straight to an application.

This works well for people you want to introduce to ToU but aren't ready to have a full conversation with yet. Drop it in a LinkedIn post, a WhatsApp message, or an email. It takes seconds. And every click is tracked back to you.

You can find your personal referral link using the following steps;

a. Head to your ToU homepage
b. Click on the gift box (see screenshot below)

c. Copy your unique referral link and share it with your networks

d. You can use our handy templates if you want some inspiration for wording!

2. Gift a Mission Identification

Once you've completed your own Mission ID Challenge, you can gift a spot to someone in your network. They get the full experience, the same challenge you went through, completely free. No commitment to a programme. No financial pressure. Just the experience itself.

This is the most powerful thing you can do after crafting your own Mission. Because you're not asking them to trust a university, you're asking them to trust you. And a personal gift from someone who's been through it themselves converts into real conversations and real enrolments at a far higher rate than any link.

How to do it in three easy steps;

1. Identify someone in your network you think would benefit from Mission Identification

2. Reach out to them. We've provided some template wording to get you started.

What's in it for the person you refer

They get:

1. A free Mission Identification Challenge, the full experience, no cost, no obligation
2. €500 off their tuition if they go on to enrol in a degree programme

What's in it for you

When someone you refer enrols in a degree programme, you earn €500. You choose what to do with it, and you choose one fresh option devery time someone you refer converts to a full degree learner;

The Community Scholarship pot

Every time a learner or alumni chooses the scholarship option, €500 goes into a shared fund, the Community Scholarship, to unlock an opportunity for someone else to study with us who may be facing financial barriers. This is open to any potential learners who have attended an Open Day, but haven't yet been able to join a programme. We unlock one Community Scholarship every intake (four times a year) so whatever is in the pot becomes available to unlock learning for one prospective learner.

For Alumni

You've already completed your journey, so the mechanic is the same but the rewards are slightly different. You still get to choose a different option each time someone you refer goes on to study a full degree programme with us. You can choose between:

1. A free Impact Certificate (worth €1,950)
2. €500 reimbursement toward attending a ToU Immersion
3. €500 to the Community Scholarship Pot

Terms & Conditions: Tomorrow University Referral Programme

1. Who can refer. Any currently enrolled learner or alumni of a full Tomorrow University degree programme is eligible to refer.
2. How referrals are tracked. Referrals are tracked via your personal referral link. To be eligible, your referral code must be registered at time of Mission ID sign up, or degree programme application. Referrals cannot be applied retrospectively.
3. What qualifies as a successful referral. A referral is successful when the person you referred enrols in and pays their first instalment toward a full Tomorrow University degree programme. Referrals against standalone Impact Certificates or the ToU Academy do not qualify.
4. The referred person's reward. Anyone referred via a personal referral link or gifted Mission ID invitation will receive a free Mission Identification spot and €500 off their first tuition payment on enrolment. This discount is applied automatically, no code is required. It cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless expressly stated.
5. The referrer's reward. On confirmed enrolment of your referral, you earn €500 to use as follows - you choose each time a referral converts:
   1. €500 toward any Impact Certificate
   2. €500 off your current tuition balance (available to learners with an outstanding balance only)
   3. €500 toward Immersion attendance travel or accommodation costs, paid as a refund against receipts submitted after attendance 
   4. €500 donated to the Community Scholarship pot in your name
6. Alumni reward. Alumni who make a successful referral choose between: a free Impact Certificate, €500 toward Immersion attendance (refund model, as above), or €500 donated to the Community Scholarship pot. Alumni also unlock ToU Advocate status on their first successful referral.
7. Confirmation and reward notification. When the person you referred is confirmed as studying with Tomorrow University, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will include information on how to redeem your €500 reward. Rewards must be claimed within 30 days of the confirmation email.
8. Reward choice. Your reward choice is made via the instructions in your confirmation email. Choices are final once submitted. You choose fresh with each successful referral.
9. Immersion attendance reimbursement. The €500 Immersion attendance reward is paid as a reimbursement after the Immersion has taken place. Eligible costs include travel and accommodation. Receipts must be submitted within 10 days of the Immersion (more details will be provided if you choose this reward). No upfront payment is made by Tomorrow University.
10. Community Scholarship pot. Donations to the Community Scholarship pot are irrevocable once confirmed. One scholarship is awarded per intake for the full amount raised at that point in the admissions cycle. To be eligible, applicants must have attended a Tomorrow University open day. The scholarship is awarded via application.
11. One referral per person. A person can only be referred once to Tomorrow. If a person has previously been referred by another learner or alumni, the first referral takes precedence. You may refer as many people as you like.
12. No cash payout. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the Immersion reimbursement model applies.
13. Tomorrow University reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral programme at any time. Rewards already earned at the point of any change will be honoured. These Referral incentives come into effect from Monday 25 June 2026.
