My credit transfer has been approved. What happens now?

Once your credit transfer has been evaluated, you'll receive a decision letter by email confirming how many ECTS credits we can recognize toward your program, and what that means in practice — for example, how many Orientation challenges you can skip, or how many Impact Certificates you no longer need to complete in the Calibration phase.

We update your record in the learning platform

After the decision has been issued and you have started your program, we record your recognized credits in the learning platform, broken down by phase: Orientation, Calibration, Elevation, and Activation. The credits are applied to the specific phases they were recognized for, as set out in your decision letter.

What this looks like in the platform

Once the recognized credits have been entered, the platform will show the affected phase as completed, even if some of the challenges or credits within that phase still appear as outstanding. This is expected and does not indicate an error. You do not need to complete the remaining challenges in a phase that has been closed out through credit recognition, and they will not count against your progress.

Please note the exceptions named in your decision letter. Some Orientation challenges — Mission Identification and Build Your Dream Team — must be completed by every learner regardless of how many credits have been recognized.

Your tuition reduction

Recognized credits reduce your tuition by €30 per ECTS credit. The total amount is stated in your decision letter and will be reflected in your payment plan.

Planning your individual learning path

Credit recognition changes the shape of your program, so once you've started, arrange a conversation with your program director. Together you'll map out which challenges and modules you'll take, in what order, and over what time frame. This is the best moment to raise questions about pacing or your expected completion date.

Something doesn't look right?

If the recognized credits aren't reflected in the platform, if a phase you expected to be marked complete still shows as open, or if the figures don't match your decision letter, contact us at enrollment@tomorrow.university and reference the date of your decision letter.
