Every time you take on a leadership role or initiative, you move closer to earning a free Impact Certificate. Whether you're mentoring or hosting an event, your impact counts. We'll keep track and let you know when you’ve hit a milestone. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us grow and thrive.

🛠 Architect Pathway
🎤 Speaker or Event Host
Showcase your expertise, build visibility and give back by inspiring others.
→ Host a talk or workshop, either virtually or during a ToU Immersion.
→ Strengthen your personal brand, grow your public speaking skills, and gain exposure to your wider global community of changemakers and within your external networks by inviting inspiring people into our ToU space.

Help grow the community by referring future learners.
→ Each referral funds scholarships
→ Get rewarded
🗳 Learner Assembly Officer (elected once per year)
Collaborate with ToU on initiatives that shape ToU’s evolution as our Alumni Officer, elected by your peer .
→ Nominations for the next Alumni Officer will open August 2026

🤝 Peer Coaches
Sharpen your leadership and coaching skills by supporting learners within their challenges and on real-world learner projects
→ Mentor students through key ToU milestones like Mission Identification, Build Your Dream Team or within a specific specialism.
→ Gain experience in coaching and project advising while staying close to the next wave of innovators — all matched to your interests, availability and expertise.

🧠 Workshop Facilitator
Share your skills, inspire peers and develop your facilitation expertise.
→ Run sessions to teach a practical skill, tool, or method to your peers
→ Build confidence in facilitation, presentation, and peer-to-peer learning
→ Perfect for learners who want to share knowledge and develop hands-on teaching experience
⭕ Circle Lead
Deepen your relationships, enhance your facilitation skills and create space for collective growth.
→ Lead a peer Circle centred around a shared identity or lived experience
→ Build meaningful connections while developing your confidence in holding space and managing group dynamics
🌱 Communities of Practice Lead
Explore a professional topic, connect peers and turn ideas into action.
→ Lead a CoP around a topic you’re passionate about (e.g. Circularity, Cleantech, AI for Good)
→ Facilitate monthly sessions, plan Co-Labs and create tangible outcomes with your community
→ Perfect for Alumni who want to combine professional expertise, collaboration and real-world impact
🎙 ToU Ambassador (Invite Only)
Build your visibility and reputation by representing ToU in high-impact storytelling.
→ Speak at immersions, represent ToU in marketing, inspire prospective learners through sharing your story or be featured in alumni showcases.
→ Ideal for those looking to grow their public profile and inspire future learners through lived experience and leadership.

*Unlock a free IC - The Fine Print
- Initiatives must be agreed in advance with the Tomorrow Community Manager.
- Initiatives must be one of the following formats (you can choose to deliver multiple of each format);
- Delivering a Community workshop or event
- Leading an Impact Circle
- Active involvement as a Tomorrow University mentor for at least three months (e.g. one challenge, or in future, one Community mentoring cohort)
- As agreed between ToU and you as an Alumni
3. Once the three initiatives have been delivered and verified, you will receive a voucher to cover 100% of the full cost towards 1 Impact Certificate of your choice
