📌 How Does This Program Work?

This program blends the Impact MBA (90 ECTS) at Tomorrow University with a coaching certification from Greator. Instead of completing three Impact Certificates, you will complete:

✅ 2 Impact Certificates from Tomorrow
✅ 1 Coaching Certification from Greator:

• Greator Life Coach Pro 🧠 (for personal coaching, self-discovery & transformation, in German language only!)
• Greator Business Coach Pro 💼 (for leadership, business & organizational coaching, in German language only!)

Upon completion, you will earn:

🎓 An accredited MBA degree from Tomorrow University

• Degree: MBA in Sustainability, Innovation, and Leadership
• Specialization: Coaching & Impactful Leadership
• The coaching certification replaces a third Impact Certificate (15 ECTS) as follows:
  • Business Coach Pro → Equivalent to Impact Certificate "Think and Act Like a Leader"
  • Life Coach Pro → Equivalent to Impact Certificate "Mental Health & Well-Being"

📜 A professional coaching certification from Greator

• Either Greator Business Coach Pro or Greator Life Coach Pro, depending on your track.

This means your MBA diploma will officially reflect your specialization in coaching, and you will also hold a recognized coaching certification, boosting your leadership, coaching, and transformation capabilities in professional settings.

📆 Program Schedule & Structure

The MBA is 18 months long, structured into 4 phases:

🟢 Orientation Phase (Months 1-5)

• Core MBA modules & fundamentals with Tomorrow University
• Selection of coaching track at the end of Orientation Phase (Business or Life Coach)
• Key Steps:
  • Join Tomorrow University & Access the Learning App
    The App provides details on your courses, live sessions, study materials, and coaching options.
  • Complete the Orientation Phase
    Upon starting the program, you will receive access to Tomorrow University’s Learning App, where you’ll find all the information you need for your first six months.
  • During this phase, you will complete key foundational MBA courses.

🟣 Calibration Phase (Months 7-14)

• Choose 2 Impact Certificates from ToU in any Block during your Calibration Phase (more information on Calibration, s. here)
• Choose either the Business or Life Coach from Greator, starting at Calibration and running for 9-12 months in parallel to your studies
• Key Steps:

  • Select Your Specialization & Coaching Program

  • Sign Up for the Coaching Challenge in the ToU App
    • To track your progress and receive ECTS credits, you must sign up for the respective Coaching Challenge in the Tomorrow University App.
    • This challenge is a tracking mechanism—all coaching content is delivered separately via Greator.
  • Access the Greator Learning Platform
    Coaching is fully managed on Greator’s Learning Platform, which you’ll access through a direct link in the ToU App. All coaching-related coursework, live sessions, and assessments take place inside the Greator platform.

🟠 Elevation Phase (Month 15)

• Complete Elevation challenge with Tomorrow University (more information on Elevation, s. here)
• Continue Coaching certification with Greator:
  • Your coaching training happens in parallel to your MBA coursework, giving you flexibility to self-pace your learning.
  • You can progress at your own speed, depending on your availability per week.

🟡 Activation Phase (Months 16-18)

• Write your MBA thesis with Tomorrow University (more information on Activation, s. here)
• Complete coaching certification with Greator
  You will have 9 (Life Coach) to 12 (Business Coach) months in total to complete the coaching program.
• You must complete the Coaching certification by the end of the Activation Phase (Month 18).

• Upload Your Certificate on the ToU Platform

  • Once you finish the Coaching program on Greator’s platform, you will upload your certification in the ToU Learning App.
  • Once verified, you will receive your 15 ECTS credits towards your MBA.
  • More detailed instructions on how to submit your certification are available in the ToU App.

⏳ Recap of Your Timeline

Exemplary schedule – Coaching with Greator will run in parallel to your Calibration, Elevation, and Activation Phase. In the slot of your third IC, you can put in more time than the allocated 3-5h/week for your coaching to progress faster. If you prefer to jump ahead to Elevation directly, please align with your program director on your new schedule.

📢 Important:

• All coaching-related learning content will be provided via Greator's own learning platform. Everything related to the coaching certification—course content, live sessions, assessments, and support—is fully managed by Greator.
• All challenges in Orientation Phase, your two Impact Certificates, the Elevation challenge, and your thesis are provided via Tomorrow University's learning platform.

🎯 Eligibility & Application

✔️ Fluency in German (C1+) – required for the coaching modules.
✔️ MBA courses are in English, providing a global perspective.
✔️ No GMAT/GRE required – we value impact over standardized tests.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

💰 Pricing: €20,500 base price for entire MBA program (scholarships available up to €2,000)

🔄 Options for Existing Learners

If you are currently studying at Tomorrow University and want to add coaching while still enrolled, you can join the Coaching as an add-on and receive ECTS credits for it if you complete the Coaching before graduating!

🏛️ ECTS: You will receive 15 ECTS for the Coaching certificate – you can thus either

1. 1. replace one Impact Certificate of your Calibration Phase (90 ECTS in total), or
   2. do the Coaching as extra-curricular module on top of your studies
      1. if you complete the Coaching before graduating from ToU, the extra 15 ECTS will show on your transcript of records.
      2. if you complete the Coaching after graduation from ToU, you will receive the Coaching certificate from Greator, but no ECTS can be awarded.

🤝 Contract & Payment: Managed by Tomorrow University

✅ Completion: You need to complete the Coaching before graduating, i.e.

• • for full-time enrolled learners within a maximum total study duration of 18 months,
  • for part-time enrolled learners within a maximum total study duration 30 months.

🤔 How does it work?

1. Please submit your request for joining the Coaching via this form.
2. Book a meeting with our fantastic admissions team, who will set up your contract and payment.
3. Greator receives your contact details and sends the invite to your chosen Coaching program.
4. From now on, everything is in Greator's hands: you complete the Coaching on Greator's platform, join their live sessions, and submit your projects to them.
5. You receive two certificates during the run of each Coaching – once you've successfully completed the Coaching, please upload both certificates in the form here [coming soon!]
6. We will check your certificates and award your ECTS.

🔹 Who is this MBA for?

🔹 Why do I need German skills?

The coaching certification (Greator) is only available in German – including all classes, expert sessions, and content. However, all MBA courses at Tomorrow University are in English.

🔹 When do I need to decide between Life Coach Pro and Business Coach Pro?

At the end of the Orientation Phase (Month 5).

🔹 How long does each coaching track take?

• Life Coach Pro: 9 months
• Business Coach Pro: 12 months
• Both tracks include a 6-month buffer to complete certification requirements.

🔹 What is the workload for the Coaching certificate?

• You will have to spend 3-5 hours per week for the Coaching certificate on top of your 10-15h for ToU studies.
• For your coaching certificate, you will additionally attend approx. 3 live sessions per month (mandatory for ToU learners).
• Self-paced learning with full content access from the start (ToU learners get all 12 modules unlocked immediately).

🔹 What happens if I don’t complete the coaching certification in time?

• After the 6-month buffer, you still have access to the content but lose access to live sessions and Q&A.
• If you fail the final coaching certification on the first attempt, additional fees apply.

🔹 Where will I get support during my Coaching phase?

🔹 Can I also do 3 Impact Certificates with Tomorrow University and the Coaching with Greator?

Yes you can! 🎉 The Coaching will then show up as extra-curricular activity with 15 ECTS on your transcript, if you complete it before you graduate from Tomorrow University.

🔹 Can I also start the Coaching as part of my MBA, if I am already in Elevation or Activation Phase?

You can do the Coaching as extra-curricular activity earning an extra 15 ECTS that will also show up on your transcript, if you complete it before you graduate from Tomorrow University. If you complete the Coaching after graduation, you can still do the coaching, but we will not be able to award ECTS for it.
