Community Immersions 2026

Check out when and where we will be together in 2026!

AMS 2024

🤔What are Community Immersions?

Our Community Immersions are an opportunity for our global Community of changemakers to come together both virtually and in person to connect, network and learn together around a specific theme aligned to our ToU mission.

Each Immersion blends inspiring virtual sessions with a hands-on in-person experience, built around powerful themes that connect directly to the Tomorrow University mission.
It’s where purpose meets practice - and where ideas turn into action.

You’ll get to hear from experts, collaborate with peers, explore local innovation hubs, and share your own voice in a community that’s shaping the future.

Our Anchor Immersion in Berlin is the big one - a longer, deeper experience that includes our 2026 in person Graduation, where we celebrate how far we’ve come and reconnect as a community for one unforgettable week together.

Community Immersions are designed to help you grow, experiment, and connect - and we can’t wait to see what you’ll create next.

Registration is open for all in person Immersions now! We will announce the virtual programming

📍Why these locations and times?

Our 2026 Immersions are shaped by your feedback and our mission to make meaningful experiences more accessible.

We’ll meet in Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, and Munich — carefully chosen for their community, creativity and strong sustainability values. We've planned them to be as train friendly and travel-light as possible for the majority of our Community, and we encourage everyone to choose sustainable travel options whenever possible.

Each Immersion aligns with new learner intakes, creating shared moments to connect, learn, and grow. The schedule supports train travel and lower-impact journeys wherever possible.

Every city and Immersion brings a unique focus, so there's something for everyone;

  • Amsterdam → sustainability in action, for ourselves, others and the planet

  • Berlin → purposeful careers & authentic leadership

  • Barcelona → creativity and using technology for positive change

  • Munich → innovation, intrapreneurship and founding ventures that matter

Together, they form a year of learning, impact and connection.

And of course, your voices were key to shaping our approach for the next year. You can check out the analysis from our In Person Experience Survey here, and how this fed into our plans.

👥Who can attend an in person Immersion?

Immersions are open to all Tomorrow University degree learners and alumni - whether it’s your very first or fifth time joining.

We also welcome a limited number of prospective learners - people who are genuinely exploring Tomorrow University and want to experience our community first-hand. If you know someone from your network who’s considering joining, let us know! We’ll do our best to facilitate their visit so they can see what it’s like to learn and grow with us.

If you will be attending your Graduation Ceremony taking place alongside the Berlin Immersion in June 2026, check out your information here.

😕What if I can't attend an in person Immersion?

Community Immersions are free and optional events that complement your broader learning journey. They’re a chance to connect with peers, hear from experts and explore each theme in depth - both online and in person.

Starting in 2026, each Immersion will have a limited number of seats to ensure every experience stays meaningful and well-supported. While attendance is free, every registration counts - when you take a seat, it means someone else may be waiting for that opportunity.

If you’ve signed up but can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible - even at the last minute. That simple message helps us offer your spot to another learner who’s eager to take part and ensures our planning stays sustainable.

We understand that travel and accommodation are self-paid, and for some that can be a barrier. We’re actively exploring new partnerships and funding options to help reduce these costs and make future Immersions more accessible.

Beyond the in-person gatherings, we’ll continue building our Action Hubs and expanding our Virtual Immersions and Community Offerings - creating more ways for our global community to connect, learn and make an impact together.

Because no matter where you join from - online or in person - your participation shapes the Tomorrow University community.

⏰What if I can't attend all of the in person Immersion?

For our in person elements, learners can choose how to participate;

  • Single day attendance: Join for key sessions, networking or specific workshops

  • Full Immersion: Attend the complete in-person programme for a deeper, more immersive connection

We only ask that when you register, you let us know for which days you are planning to attend, so we can be ready for you!

✅How do I find out more and sign up?

You can save the date for our 2026 in person Immersions through registering via the events page in the Learning Platform. To support us with planning and minimise material and food waste, each in person Immersion has a registration deadline.

When you register via the events page, you will be invited to complete a registration form and join the Immersion Slack channel. Your place is only confirmed once you have completed the full registration form. The Slack channel will be your go to source of key updates, such as the schedule, and where you can connect with other learners to plan travelling and accommodation.

Your key sign up information is below (the registration form MUST be completed in order to confirm your place);

We can't wait to see at an Immersion soon!
