The Impact MBA x OMR is a joint program by Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences and the OMR Academy. It is designed for professionals and leaders who want to drive sustainable impact and prepare organizations for the future. This program combines hands-on specializations in digital marketing with innovative modules in sustainability, leadership, and responsible business. With flexible online learning and a highly practical format, it prepares participants for leadership roles in the digital and sustainable economy.

Specialization with OMR as part of the Impact MBA
In the Calibration Phase, you tailor your individual focus. You choose one of three specialization tracks developed by the renowned OMR Academy, designed to help you reach your professional goals with a practical, data-driven, and forward-looking approach. In addition, you complete two Impact Certificates from Tomorrow University, building expertise in fields such as sustainability, leadership, or innovation.
1. Social Media & Content Marketing
This track is for creators, entrepreneurs, and hands-on marketers who want to go beyond theory and create real digital impact.

- Digital Marketing Essentials (updated) and agile methods
- AI for content production

- Instagram marketing

This track is for marketing leads and managers who work with data and want to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns effectively.

- Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
- Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Digital marketing analytics
Perfect if you want to allocate budgets wisely, understand KPIs, and scale growth through data.

Admission Requirements
- Fluent German (minimum C1) is required for the OMR marketing modules
- The core MBA program is taught in English, offering you a global experience. Tomorrow University programs will also be available in German starting June 2025.
- No GMAT or GRE required. What matters is your purpose and the impact you want to create.
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree and relevant professional experience are required.
