How to use Live Translations in Cosmos

Step 1: Join a room with at least one other participant. If not, the translations features wont be available (see image below).

Step 2: Click the transcription icon at the bottom of the screen (see image below).

Step 3: Click on "Language settings" (see image below).

Step 4: Choose your preferences:

"What language are you speaking in?"

Select the language you’ll be speaking during the meeting.
"What language do you want to see the live captions in?"

Select the language you’d like the subtitles to appear in.

Step 5: Once set, you’ll see live translations appear in the side panel, making it easy to follow along in real time (see example below).

That’s it! You're ready to connect, communicate, and collaborate, without the language barrier.

You can now join multilingual meetings and follow along in your preferred language, no need to stress about speaking or understanding English.
