# Diversity Concept

Tomorrow University's Diversity Concept sets out how we understand diversity and what we do to make studying, teaching, and working here fair and free from discrimination. It explains the dimensions of diversity we pay attention to, the legal framework we operate in, and the concrete measures we have in place, from support for learners in different life situations to our learner circles and annual diversity survey. It also describes who is responsible: the Equal Opportunities Officer and her deputy, who also serve as the contact persons for anti-discrimination and for learners with disabilities or chronic illnesses, work closely with the Learner Assembly and report to the Academic Senate each year. The concept applies to all members of the university and is reviewed at least every two years.
