We’re making a change to create a smoother, more reliable experience for everyone—and most importantly, to help you get your feedback and results faster.

We know your work deserves thoughtful attention, and by switching to file uploads, we can review it more efficiently and consistently. Here’s how you can easily convert different types of links into supported file formats:

Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Folders

  1. Open your file.

  2. Go to File > Download.

  3. Choose PDF for documents/slides or Excel for spreadsheets.

  4. Upload the file directly to the submission portal.

Notion Pages

  1. Open your Notion page.

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Select 'Export' > PDF.

  4. Upload the exported file.

Loom Videos

  1. Open your Loom video.

  2. Click 'Download' to save it as an MP4.

  3. Export or create a transcript of your video (you can use Loom's transcript feature or write your own).

  4. Save the transcript as a PDF or DOCX.

  5. Upload both the video file and the transcript.

Canva Designs

  1. Open your Canva design.

  2. Click 'Share' > 'Download'.

  3. Choose PDF, PNG, or JPEG.

  4. Upload the file.

Social Media and Slack Posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)

  1. Take a screenshot of your post.

  2. Save it as a JPG or PNG.

  3. Upload the image file.

GitHub Repositories

  1. Download your main code files or notebooks.

  2. Add a summary or README in a DOCX or PDF.

  3. (Optional) Compress files into a ZIP folder.

  4. Upload the files.

Spreadsheets (non-Google)

  • Save your file as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV.

  • Upload the file.

Final Tip

Give your file a clear name (e.g., YourName_ProjectName) and make sure it’s easy to open—no extra permissions needed. If your project includes videos, images, or outside context, just include a quick summary or embed them into the document.

This update is all about making things better for you: faster feedback, clearer expectations, and a more seamless learning experience. You've got this!
