If you’re considering ending your studies at Tomorrow University, this page will guide you through the official cancellation process, step by step. Whether you’re changing directions, taking time to focus on something new, or wrapping up an important chapter, we’re here to support you through it. **[Here you can find the cancellation policy.](https://handbook.tomorrow.university/can-i-cancel-my-study-contract-if-i-change-my-mind?hsLang=en)** ### Here’s how it works: **Step 1: Fill out the cancellation form** To officially request the end of your studies, please complete [this form](https://form.typeform.com/to/nIxgSxQl). **Step 2: Meet with your Program Director** Before we proceed, you’ll meet with your Program Director to talk about: - Your reason for ending your studies - Any feedback you’d like to share - Your next steps or plans beyond ToU This conversation helps us understand your experience and support you through your transition. **Step 3: Internal Review** Our team will review your request and the outcome of your Program Director meeting. We’ll follow up with any final questions and confirm the next steps. **Step 4: Confirmation & Contract End** Once your cancellation is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining: - Your official exit date - Any tuition or refund implications based on your payment schedule and study progress ### What happens to your tuition payments? Your payment model determines how we handle your tuition at the time of cancellation: - **Monthly Payments:** No further invoices will be issued after your cancellation date. You are only charged for the portion of studies you’ve completed. - **Upfront, Yearly, or Semester Payments:** If you’ve paid in advance, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of the program you’ve completed. Our Registration Team will review your case and let you know what portion (if any) will be refunded, according to the terms of your study contract. We know this is a big decision.
