Can I cancel my study contract if I change my mind?

Yes, you can! Here’s what you need to know:

✅ Within 14 days of signing

You have the legal right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days, no explanation needed.
Simply email: enrollment@tomorrow.university or use the withdrawal form in Appendix 4 of your study contract.

📆 During your first 6 months

Yes, cancellation is possible, but not immediately.
Here’s how it works:

  • The earliest you can cancel is at the end of month 6.

  • To do so, you must give at least 6 weeks' notice before that point.

Example:
If you signed your contract on January 1, the earliest exit is June 30.
To cancel by then, you must give notice by mid-May.

⏳ After your first 6 months

You can cancel at any time with 3 months’ notice.

To request a cancellation, please use this form.

You can find more information about the process of ending your studies here.

What happens to my tuition fees if I cancel my study contract?

If you cancel your study contract, tuition fees are owed only for the period up to the effective date of termination, not for future months after your cancellation becomes effective.

This means:

  • You are responsible for paying the fees for the time between the start of your contract and the official end of your contract (according to the cancellation notice period).

  • Whether or not you actively used our services (e.g. the learning app or live sessions) does not affect your financial obligation for this period.

  • Any tuition fees already paid beyond the effective termination date will be refunded to you.
