# 📂 Activation Phase Templates & Resources \[from July 2026\]

## This page provides access to all key Activation Phase templates and supporting documents, including Lab-specific proposal and thesis templates, AI/originality declarations, NDA templates, formatting guidance, and final PDF submission requirements.

Throughout the Activation Phase, you will have access to a range of templates and supporting documents to help structure your proposal, thesis, and final submission.

Each Activation Lab provides its own proposal and thesis templates, designed to reflect the methodologies, outputs, and expectations most relevant to that Lab.

These templates are intended to guide you on:

- Structure and formatting
- Recommended sections and flow
- Academic expectations
- Lab-specific requirements

👉 You are not required to write your thesis directly inside the template document.

You may use any writing tool or environment you prefer, including:

- Microsoft Word
- Google Docs
- LaTeX / Overleaf
- Apple Pages
- Other equivalent tools

The templates should be used as a reference and structural guide.

### 📝 Important Submission Requirement

All final files submitted during the Activation Phase must be provided in PDF format.

This includes:

- Thesis proposal
- Final thesis
- Presentation slides (where requested)
- Supporting documentation

### 📄 Required Supporting Documents

Depending on your project, you may also need to include:

- AI / Originality Declaration
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

If applicable, these documents must be included after the Appendices section within your final thesis document.

4. Adapt the content to your specific project and Lab requirements
