Your learning journey doesn't stop here. Graduating is a milestone worth celebrating, and it can also be the start of your next chapter. Whether you want to go deeper into your field, pivot into a new one, or take the step from a Bachelor's to a Master's, a second degree at ToU builds on everything you've already achieved, so you can keep growing and keep creating impact. 🌱 Why a second degree at ToU? The world keeps changing, and so do the skills it needs. A second degree lets you respond to that change with a recognised qualification, in a learning format you already know and love. A second degree could be right for you if you want to: - **Level up**: continue from a Bachelor's to a Master's or MBA. - **Pivot**: add a new field to your profile, such as technology, sustainability, business or psychology. - **Specialise**: go deeper into a topic you discovered during your first degree. ### Built on what you've already done As a ToU graduate, you don't start from zero. Your second degree is designed around your first one: - **A personalised curriculum plan**: we review your first-degree transcript and design a plan for your new degree, full of fresh learning experiences. - **No repeated challenges**: you'll never be asked to retake a challenge you've already completed. - **A faster start**: you've already completed the ToU Core, so your Orientation phase is shortened (Bachelor's) or skipped entirely (Master's and MBA). That time goes into an additional IC (15 ECTS) in Calibration instead. - **A brand-new thesis**: your final thesis must be significantly different from your first one, so your second degree adds real, new depth to your profile. 💡 **Still finishing your first degree?** You can already apply if you've completed the Orientation, Calibration and Elevation phases. Your admission will then be conditional on completing your first degree. 🎁 Your Alumni Benefit As a ToU graduate, you receive a 20**% Alumni Benefit on the tuition fees** of your second degree. [**Book a call with our admissions team**](https://handbook.tomorrow.university/-your-next-chapter-second-degrees-for-tou-graduates#ADD-LINK) to talk about your goals and find the degree that fits them best. 1. **Book your call.** Schedule a conversation with our admissions team using the link above, and let them know you're a ToU graduate. 2. **Explore your options.** Together, you'll discuss your motivation, the degree and program you're interested in, and your study track. 3. **Receive your personalised curriculum plan.** Our Program Directors review your first-degree transcript and prepare a plan showing exactly which challenges and ICs are open to you. 4. **Admission interview.** Reflect on your first degree, share what you want from your second, and walk through your curriculum plan together. 5. **Enrol and start.** Once you accept your plan, we set up your new degree in the Learning App, and you're ready to go. 🤝 Stay connected: the ToU alumni community Whether or not you start a second degree right away, you're always part of the ToU community. Instead, your curriculum plan makes sure you never repeat a challenge, and your Orientation phase is shortened or skipped. **Can I apply before I graduate?** Yes, if you've completed the Orientation, Calibration and Elevation phases of your first degree. Your admission is then conditional on completing your first degree. **Can I choose a specialisation (program)?** Yes, as long as enough ICs for that program remain open to you after excluding what you've already completed. Your curriculum plan will show you. **Can I write my thesis on the same topic?** Your new thesis must be significantly different from your first one. You can build on what you've learned, but it must be a new piece of work. **Which degrees can I choose from?** All current ToU degrees: BSc, BA, MBA, MSc and MA.
