Thesis Live is Tomorrow University's biweekly thesis defence event. Learn what it is, how to book your own presentation slot, and how to enrol in upcoming sessions.
What is Thesis Live
Thesis Live is where you present your thesis to your supervisor, your peers, and the wider Tomorrow University community. You get a 30-minute slot, presentation plus Q&A, inside a shared two-hour block. Your supervisor's attendance is mandatory, and bringing friends along is very much encouraged.
This isn't a closed-door exam. It's a showcase built around real feedback, real audiences, and the moment you close out your program.
How to book your presentation slot
Booking is self-service; no need to email anyone to get on the schedule.
- Open the booking form and fill in your name, email, thesis title, supervisor, and a preferred Friday.
- Submit at least 7 days before your chosen date. Later requests can't be validated in time, so plan ahead.
- You're on the calendar. A confirmation email lands, and your supervisor's invited automatically.

Good to know
- Up to 4 learners per supervisor, per date. If your date's full, pick the next Friday.
- Need to change your date? Resubmit the form; your old slot releases on its own.
- Supervisor not listed? Choose "other" and enter their email directly.
